• Send order confirmations and delivery notifications
• Improve our service quality and strengthen the pattern database that powers our analysis, using profile data with personal identifiers removed

We will NEVER:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your resume with employers without your consent
• Use your information for marketing without permission
• Share your data with recruiters or companies

3. Data Storage and Security

• Your documents are stored securely on encrypted servers
• We retain your documents to support your order, answer questions, and deliver revisions
• We retain profile information to strengthen our analysis pattern database; when used this way, personal identifiers are removed
• You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@katlasanalysis.com, and we action deletion requests within 30 days

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for:

• Payment processing: Stripe (global) and Razorpay (India). They handle your card details directly under their own privacy policies; we never see or store card numbers
• Website hosting and data storage: secure cloud providers (Vercel and Neon)
• Communication: email providers and WhatsApp, when you contact us there
• Analytics and measurement: Google Analytics and Meta, only if you accept cookies (see Section 6)

These partners only access information necessary to provide their services and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request immediate deletion of your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a common format
• Objection: Object to how we process your data

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses two kinds of cookies:

• Essential cookies: required for the website to function (forms, your cookie choice)
• With your consent only: Google Analytics (to understand how the site is used) and the Meta Pixel (to measure our marketing)

Neither analytics tool loads unless you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, the website works fully without them, and we never sell your data to anyone.

7. Marketing Communications

We will only send you marketing emails if you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.

8. Children's Privacy

KAtlas is intended for job seekers 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. International Users

KAtlas is operated from the United Kingdom. Your information is stored and processed on secure cloud infrastructure located in the United States, and may be accessed by our team for research and delivery. We apply the protections described in this policy wherever your data is processed, and by using our service you consent to these transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
