Every KAtlas deliverable is built specifically for you. Your documents, your target role, our dataset of 450+ real profiles. Because each order is custom research and writing, work begins promptly after purchase and the deliverable cannot be returned like a standard product. In exchange, we hold ourselves to the clear standards below.

This policy applies to all KAtlas services: the Strategic Dossier, the Triple Shot, the ATS Fix, and the Impact Resume.

Automatic Full Refund (100% Money Back)

You receive a complete refund if:

  • We miss the delivery deadline: Strategic Dossier, ATS Fix, or Impact Resume delivered more than 48 hours, or Triple Shot more than 72 hours, after we receive your complete information. Delays caused by incomplete or unclear information from you pause this clock, and we will tell you the moment that happens.
  • We do not deliver what was promised: a promised section is missing or the analysis is substantially incomplete for the product you purchased.
  • The deliverable is not customised to you: it does not reflect the documents you provided or contains no research specific to your profile and your target role. Customisation to you is the product. If it is absent, you should not pay.
  • We cannot complete the work: if a technical or research limitation prevents us from delivering, we will tell you and refund in full without being asked.

Every order includes one revision. Here is exactly how the guarantee works:

Step 1: Request your revision within 24 hours of delivery

Email or WhatsApp us with the specific points that do not meet the standards in this policy. One revision is included with every order.

Step 2: We deliver the revised version within 48 hours
Step 3: Still not satisfied? Full refund.

If the revised version still does not meet the standards in this policy, request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the revision and we refund 100% of what you paid.

These time windows are firm in both directions. They exist because every deliverable is custom work that cannot be resold, and they are what allows us to offer a full money-back guarantee on a fully personalised service. One revision per order, no exceptions.

No Refund Situations

We cannot provide refunds when the request is based on:

  • Hiring outcomes: you did not get the job, the interview, or a recruiter response. Correct positioning improves your odds. It cannot control decisions made by other people, and we never claim it can.
  • Inaccurate information from you: the deliverable was built on a resume, job posting, or details that were misleading, incomplete, or wrong.
  • Requests outside the time windows: revision requests more than 24 hours after delivery, or refund requests more than 24 hours after the revised version. After these windows, the order is closed.
  • Requests for a second revision: one revision is included per order. Additional revisions are not available at any price point.
  • Disagreement with strategic recommendations where the deliverable meets every standard above. Recommendations are professional judgement built on our dataset; the guarantee covers quality and customisation, not preference.

How to Request a Refund

Include your payment reference, the product purchased, and the specific standard from this policy you believe was not met.

Step 2: We review within 48 hours
Step 3: Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 days to show the credit.
